DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer that has a strong understanding of managing design projects and interacting with the Graphic Design team for our fast growing firm in Charlotte, NC. Most of the graphic work will be centered around web development, coding, design and web graphics. There will be some print design work as well but most of the work will be web based and digital media. The individual applying for this job must be able to manage a design team, work in a fast paced environment as well as have the ability to multi-task. The individual must be able to organize, and assign tasks to the design team to meet deadlines in a timely manner and have excellent command of diction, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Involves HTML / CSS / JAVA / UX / UI / Web Design, and managing the design team concerning creating Web Graphics, Newsletters, Flash Video Segments, Banner Graphics for web sites and affiliate programs, Create Screen Savers and Wallpapers promoting company, Company and Product Branding, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a cheerful, enthusiastic individual with knowledge and experience with project management, web development and interacting with the graphic design team for web sites. Must have strong leadership skills with web development knowledge, graphic experience and ability.
Computer skills – HTML5, CSS3, JAVA, Wordpress, UX/UI, Excel spreadsheet, word processing, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, WYSIWYG HTML Entry, Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Software

COMPENSATION
Base Pay Between $19 and $28 Per Hour depending on skill level and experience.
