Job Description

We are seeking a SENIOR.NET DEVELOPER to join our team! You will develop and implement unique web-based applications. The position is located in Sacramento and the contract term is 5 years.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

1. A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent university degree in an IT-related or Engineering field, plus at least two years professional experience as a .NET Developer, Architect, and Consultant. Alternatively, the Contractor must have at least six (6) years professional experience as a .NET Developer, Architect, and Consultant .

2. Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

3. Minimum of five (5) years full-time equivalent (FTE) experience within the last seven (7) years in performing the full range of application development activities for systems comparable to the size and scope of this project and the full range of system development lifecycle activities.

4. Minimum of five (5) years of development experience in .Net framework V3.5 and above using C#.

5. Minimum of five (5) years of development experience in ASP.NET (MVC 4.0).

6. Minimum of five (5) years of experience creating test plans, test strategies, and creating and executing test scripts.

7. Minimum of five (5) years of experience writing technical design documents and creating technical process flows.

8. Minimum of five (5) years experience in MSSQL Server 2014 or above Enterprise Edition.

9. Minimum of five (5) years experience in:

a. Ability to document and provide training/knowledge transfer

b. Experience in business best practices

c. Experience in management of complex business change

10. Minimum of five (5) years of experience in:

a. Client side User Interface (UI) development using HTML5/CSS

b. Development experience with Responsive Web Design and Web Accessibility

c. Development experience with JavaScript/jQuery/Query Mobile

11. Minimum two (2) years of experience with Agile/SCRUM system development methodologies.

12. Minimum one (1) year of experience working with Health Care IT Projects.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS (IN ADDITION TO MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS):

1. One (1) + years of experience working with California state agencies .

2. Two (2) + years of experience developing and maintaining AWS-based applications.

3. Two (2) + years of experience with Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD) and administration tools.

4. Three (3) + years of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience.

5. Three (3) + years of experience in Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Services.
