 POSITION DESCRIPTION:  Global InfoTek is seeking an Exercise Officer to plan, coordinate, manage, and execute individual, section and organizational-level exercises as well as joint collective events designed to train cyberspace professionals. Must have an active TS/SCI with CI Poly.  

 POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:   

• Develop and provide cross-functional exercise design and execution for team, unit, and service battle staffs.   
• Develop exercise design, scripts and the development of exercise scenarios and related Master Scenario Event List (MSEL) injects.  Integrate relevant command doctrine, wargame and experimentation results and operational after action findings into future exercises to ensure rapid adjustment to real-world tactics, techniques, and procedures.   
• Incorporate current and emergent intelligence threat information into the exercise designs, scenarios and MSELs.   
• Develop reports, briefings, and recommendations to improve exercise and training efficiency and effectiveness, and identification of shortfalls and gaps.  Provide input to and develop assessments for use by higher, lateral, and subordinate entities to continue improvement in both planning and execution of assigned mission essential tasks.   
• Support the coordination and execution of exercise operations, mission –rehearsals and assessments and incorporate modeling and simulation, and related cyberspace operations exercise requirements as appropriate.

REQUIRED SKILLS:   

• 10 years of military cyber operations or 8 years of military exercise planning experience.  
• Must have expert knowledge of the exercise design process to include Joint Exercise Life Cycle as well as have an understanding of the Joint Lessons Learned system and concepts.
