JOB DESCRIPTION: Global InfoTek is looking for a Software Engineer who provides programming services for a variety of use cases. Participates in systems analysis, design definition, software development, systems test, implementation, and maintenance. Analyzes coding problems and develops improvements to procedures. Exercises independent judgment. Designs, develops, troubleshoots, debugs, and implements software code (such as HTML, CGI, Go, and JavaScript) for a component of the website. The Engineer must understand the business objectives, stakeholder vision, user needs, and technical challenges associated with the software they are delivering.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with Agile and DevSecOps development practices.
• Ability to code in multiple languages (Java, Python, Go, React, Node.JS, Java, etc).
• Ability to automate testing (unit/integration/end-to-end).
• Experience with refactoring to minimize technical debt.
• Ability to write well-designed code.
• Experience integrating software components into a fully functional system.
• Experience developing software verification plans and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to document and maintain software functionality.
• Experience with Troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading legacy systems.
• Ability to deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
• · Experience updating and ensuring latest features are available to the user

Required Skills:

• · Knowledge and full understanding of DoD Enterprise DevSecOps Reference Design
• · Experience working with customers to produce specifications and determine operational feasibility.
