We are looking for National Wholesale Account Executive / Mortgage Loan Officer who will be responsible for discussing client's needs and our loan products, helping customers put together a complete loan package and working with our underwriting team throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate has experience managing home equity loans, home equity lines of credit, mortgage refinancing and other bank products. The primary responsibilities are:

• Meeting with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right loan products to help meet their goals. A lot of this work will be done over phone.
• Maintaining an active knowledge base of all of the organization's loan products and an understanding of the qualifications required of each applicant
• Ability to evaluate details based on: purchase price, rehabilitation estimates, after rehab value (ARV), closing costs, etc.
• Identifying and recommending products that meets the customer's needs and the organization's lending guidelines
• Reviewing active loan files each day to determine if any documents are missing or what can be done to help the process along
• Utilizing professional judgement to determine which potential borrowers represent good risk opportunities for the organization
• Ability to quickly turn leads that come into the company into real opportunities and to hunt for new leads.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
• 2+ years experience in the Hard money lending or residential loan industry
• 2+ years sales experience
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and a mind for numbers
• Exceptional, self motivated, drive for results
• Highly organized
• Computer savvy

This position is base draws with Monthly Bonuses available. First year annual income opportunity is $250,000.00+. We are the fastest growing Hard money Lender in McKinney, Texas. It's an amazing time to join our team and to be a part of our growth!
