Manufacturing leader, in exciting growth mode, in need of an Operations Leader to spearhead award-winning team towards full-cycle customer solutions by designing manufacturing processes and procedures that maximize our operational efficiency and effectiveness and elevate our Best Practices to the next level.

This high-visibility role will report directly to the CEO of an extremely successful mid-size company that prides itself on its entrepreneurship and is eager to hear creative ideas from of our valued employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement operational objectives that support our annual operation plan achieving financial targets and key measurements/benchmarks.

• Deliver market-leading, high-quality innovation products that directly contribute towards our global strategy and initiatives.

• Design and drive multi-disciplinary approach culture for problem-solving and an optimized value stream; develop specific short-term and long-term goals/plans with supporting budget plans and financial estimates; partner with diverse areas of organization ensuring manufacturing operations uses forward-thinking approach.

• Set goal accountabilities for on-time delivery and demand-based capacity throughout process; ensure goals are achieved creating quality systems and procedures assuring production follows all regulatory, compliance and company manufacturing and safety guidelines.

• Create optimal supply and demand pipelines between worldwide inventory levels, manufacturing cycle time, plant operating efficiencies and effectiveness, total cost and on time delivery to customers.

• Develop and lead high-performing teams to ensure operating effectiveness; bring team capabilities that drive ownership and accountability working towards business success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years direct progressive Operations site leadership expertise with direct track record in managing and developing team in a manufacturing

Strong business acumen with composure and attention to detail with results oriented and success approach thriving in a fast-paced matrixed environment

Ability to lead with excellent communication, executive presentation, and guidance/influence skills with an effective collaborative approach to problem solving
