What’s special about this team: The Global Marketing Program Team leads Amway’s Global Program Investments by partnering directly with markets to deliver compelling ‘Go-To-Market’ Plans and activities; providing goal-based customer and business owner experiences that encompass lifestyles, business opportunity and Product. This agile team is tasked with delivering competitively differentiated programs and program frameworks to all 100 Amway Markets. This Program Team is accountable for Amway’s global program investment which is shaping the future product portfolio, branding, and content direction for the company. This team works heavily with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, Strategy and with the markets to help our business owner grow their business through customer sales.

A typical project would be competitive benchmarking within a consumer industry and ABO community to better understand a new potential program space that would recommend a significant Go-To-Market opportunity for Amway. The intern would then be asked to develop a business case including Program (Product, Content and Integrated Offering) recommendation and potential financial impact to the business including markets targeted, revenue and potential incremental.
