ACCOUNTING AND OFFICE MANAGER POSITION
We are a long established business services company located in Southern New Jersey. We seek a candidate who will be our next ACCOUNTING AND OFFICE MANAGER. This position has responsibility for day to day Accounting as well as day to day office management.

Accounting responsibilities include:
· Manage the internal accounting dept. in day to day accounting
· Monthly and Annual Financial Reporting, Budgeting and forecasting
· Handle cash transfers, oversee Accounts Receivable and Collections.
Office Management responsibilities include:
· Facilities Management
· Fleet Management
· Insurance
· Human Resources
Candidate requirements for this position include:
• Associates degree in accounting or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in a similar financial and office manager role
• 5-7+ years of accounting and office management experience in a similar role.
• Must possess above average computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and financial reporting systems.
