Job Description:
As a Sales Assistant at Global Realty Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales process. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to, data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
- Assist with the preparation of sales documents, proposals, and presentations.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information about products/services, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify leads, follow up on leads as necessary, and maintain CRM databases.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
- Assist with the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Track sales metrics and generate reports to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Uphold the company's values and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support roles is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
