We are excited to be partnering with a high integrity global Chemical Manufacturing Company who is committed to providing high quality and innovative products to their customers in their search for a Global Salesforce Implementations and Support Specialist. This fully remote position will be responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing management of the Salesforce CRM module within SAP across our client's global sites. This role is accountable for overseeing all phases of implementation, driving user adoption, and ensuring ongoing support for end-users. Acting as the central liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, this role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting global Salesforce implementation requirements to ensure solutions align with both business and technical needs. Travel requirements for this role can vary and may be up to 30%. Candidates must be willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally as necessary to support global site implementations, achieve project deliverables, and provide ongoing support.

Job Duties:

1. Global Implementation Leadership:
   1. Oversee the end-to-end Salesforce CRM implementation across multiple global sites, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
   2. Coordinate project activities from initiation through to completion, including planning, scheduling, execution, and closure.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   1. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs, document requirements, and translate these into actionable plans.
   2. Act as the primary point of contact between business users and technical support teams to align goals and resolve challenges.
3. User Adoption and Training:
   1. Develop and execute strategies to ensure high levels of user adoption and engagement across all levels of the organization.
   2. Provide training and documentation to maximize system effectiveness and utilization.
   3. Provide assistance, troubleshooting and ongoing support to end-users
4. Ongoing CRM Management:
   1. Continuously monitor Salesforce usage and effectiveness, recommending enhancements as business needs evolve.
   2. Lead Salesforce projects as they arise, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

? 5+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM project management with preference given to Salesforce or Project Management certifications.

? Proven experience in successfully managing global, multi-site implementation projects with cross-functional teams, preferably in a chemical manufacturing environment.

? Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and CRM best practices.

? Familiarity with SAP and its integration with Salesforce CRM preferred.

? Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into practical CRM solutions.

? Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

? Proficient English language skills, other languages are advantageous.

? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

? A valid driver’s license and passport are required.
