Motivated Health Insurance Agents Wanted

Must be proficient in English and Spanish Mandatory: Florida State license 2-15 Health & Life. or 2-40 Health License. We are seeking a Health and Life Insurance Agents to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. We are Brokers for all types of  insurance providers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients. Health, Vison, Dental,
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Expand business reach through networking techniques
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Track and identify areas of improvement

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

FULL TIME HOURS

• Monday-Friday.
• We have high traffic location with plenty of leads. You would sign clients up for Health Insurance, Vision, Dental, Hearing, Accidental, Insurance.

COMPENSATION: Top Industry Commissions, including up front commissions plus bonuses plus renewals
