We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping our team of accountants with administrative support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organizing documents on cloud based platforms
- Client invoicing and document management
- Coordinating billing documents for monthly submission
- Develop and support customer relations
- Organizing company events, meetings
- Direct support to the CEO on all administrative tasks
- Calendar Management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Must be technically savvy and have a high mastery of cloud based applications.
- Ability to build rapport with growing team
- Ability to identify potential problems and create problem resolution
- Ability to prioritize and multitask on a daily basis
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
