Individual must have  experience in providing maintenance service for apartment complexes and is capable of working independently, with minimum supervision.  Individual selected must have electrical, plumbing (i.e., dish washer repair knowledge) and HVAC experience and certifications. Individual will also be responsible for leading a crew of one to three members, depending upon the job. The ability to paint, clean carpets is also desired to help get apartments ready for new tenants. Last but not least, selected individual must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
