EXPECTED RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE WOULD INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

· Create and drive revenue within our Ohio and Michigan regions

· Sales representatives are responsible to negotiate new and existing contracts

· Representatives are required to generate business opportunities through professional networking and cold-calling

· Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation

· Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas

· Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure

· As a sales representative you will develop strategic territory business plan

· Maintain client retention by providing excellent customer service that will develop into account management

REQUIREMENTS OF A SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

· Bachelor Degree and/or relevant business experience

· Previous business development experience preferred

· Recent professional internships are encouraged

· Ability to work independently

· Strong communication skills

· Available to work before and after standard business hours when required

SUCCESSFUL SALES REPRESENTATIVE ASSOCIATES HAVE DEMONSTRATED THE FOLLOWING TRAITS:

· Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission
