BUSINESS ANALYST - WORKDAY FINANCE
SUMMARY
TO ENSURE SUCCESS, THIS ROLE WILL PARTNER CLOSELY WITH THE PROJECT FINANCE LEAD. THE MAJOR AREAS OF THE FINANCE TEAM WILL BE:
Labor cost distribution via Costing Allocations and Projects for timesheet allocation.
The accounting of payroll earnings, expenditures and deductions and corresponding revenue and balance sheet account postings via the Account Posting Rules
Costing Allocation tables and financial integrations.
Summarized and detailed reporting of payroll expenditures.
Data conversion of financial elements from Legacy systems.
Facilitation of meetings via Zoom or Microsoft Teams
Participation in meetings as a representative of the Finance team
Tracking and maintenance of Finance work tickets in JIRA project management software
Collaboration with Finance Lead on the scheduling and completion of requirements gathering, training, and communication tasks
Engagement with business stakeholders to provide project updates, facilitate demos, or identify areas that require further training
Support of Finance efforts to document business readiness, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure adherence to the project timeline
