UNLIMITED COACH (DENVER)

The Unlimited Coach will possess an unwavering belief that all students can achieve at high levels and a strong commitment to going above and beyond to meet their students’ needs to prepare them for college and for life.
The essential duties listed are not intended to limit specific duties and responsibilities of any particular position. Nor is it intended to limit in any way the right of managers and supervisors to assign, direct and control the work of employees under their supervision.
The life of a student is often a busy one where multiple courses, assignments, activities, jobs, and life commitments compete for time. The Unlimited Coach will work with Students in specific regions to advocate, support and ensure each student’s overall learning is engaged with their course curriculum. Unlimited Coach supports, teaches life skills, self-advocacy and efficacy skills, problem-solving, conflict resolution, time management, study skills, career skills, etc.
The Unlimited Coach serves as the primary support structure to the student who proactively advocates and assists in helping students engage and navigate educational pathways and life skills. Unlimited Coach instructs, listens and collaborates with the students to understand the situation to better engage academics and social skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO - WHAT YOU’LL GET GOOD AT DOING

Gauging audiences at both | | state and national level by offering alternatives for online education | | (NCAA/Gen Ed/12th Grade Career Now). | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Enrolling Students into Private Pay/Over 21 Program. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Maintain Electronic documents and records required in reporting. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Serves as the primary instructor for the student's Social-Emotional and | | Life Skills courses. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Read and Understand Academic Transcript. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Recommended Courses to Scheduling Advisor. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Create an Academic School Year Plan with students. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Maintain weekly communications which may include online and face-to-face | | meetings with each student. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Actively participates in the recruitment and retention of students. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | Other duties as assigned. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
WHAT YOU'LL NEED - WHAT YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE
If you have a degree, great; but if you don't, we value experience and motivation very highly as well.
Previous experience working with students/clients who have diverse backgrounds. Two years of experience working with at-risk youth is preferred.
Experience with technology and comfortable with Google platform preferred. If you have no experience, you must have a willingness to learn and master technology tools quickly.
Ability to travel, occasionally overnight.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
BASE SALARY RANGE:
$27,500 - $32,500 depending on relevant experience and education.
Benefit Options include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short- and Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, and Retirement.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time. Non-Exempt.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
This is not a traditional 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. working environment. The role of an Unlimited Life Coach requires flexible time accommodations based on others’ needs.
All Unlimited Life Coaches will be required to successfully complete a paid 160+ hour specialized training period and serve a 90-day probationary period.
