About The PositionGlobalization Partners is looking for a detail-oriented intern with a desire to learn, enjoy challenges and get things done in a fast-paced environment. In this unique opportunity you will gain a broad and inside view of a growing company and expand your technical and professional skills in a real-world setting. As an intern, you will be provided with the opportunity to work hand in hand with the People Resource department and be exposed to key HR initiatives and goals in an extensive selection of projects, with potential to gain knowledge and experience in a wide variety of business functions and jobs. What you’ll do: Assist People Resource Team as needed Design and build an organized and accurate job description catalogue aligned with GP’s career architecture framework Reformat existing job descriptions into standardized template Consult with functional leaders to review their respective job descriptions and update as needed Learn to navigate HR Information Systems (Workday, Greenhouse and Fuel50) What We Are Looking ForMust be actively enrolled in an accredited college/university program during the time of the internship, pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
