    Job Description

    Our team is currently looking to expand our sales and marketing department. The ideal candidate possesses a need to continue self-developing, learn new business strategies, and have an entrepreneurial mindset.

    RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ENTRY LEVEL ACCOUNT MANAGER:

    • Our entry-level sales and marketing team is customer-focused and enjoys delivering smiles on each customer encounter.
    • Exceed customer expectations and team sales goals.
    • Assist in training other sales and marketing team members.
    • Execute day-to-day sales, marketing, and campaign management.
    • Manage the implementation and delivery of a key client’s activity, maximizing performance, return on investment, and identifying an opportunity to expand.
    • Own all problem solving, troubleshooting, client campaign requests, media planning, and key implementations.
    • Build client relationships through service excellence and balance their campaign needs with your proactive approach.

    QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

    • Motivation to be part of our Marketing & Sales Management Training Program.
    • Exceptionally driven with a strong work ethic.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Have a strong desire to succeed and advance into upper-level management.
    • Have a positive "Solution-Oriented" attitude.

    • Bachelor’s Degree (not a requirement).
    • Customer service or hospitality experience.
    • Retail sales experience.
    • Experience creating and delivering sales presentations.
    • Athletic/sports experience (preferred).
