We at the Globe Life are seeking career-minded leadership candidates to hire, train, and develop into a management position. Working with business clients such as City & County Governments and Local businesses within East Tennessee/Virginia to manage their insurance benefit coordination. Looking for FULL-TIME CANDIDATES (MONDAY-FRIDAY, 8-5) that has an aptitude for leadership and a willingness to be coach-able and learn quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate will be taught to manage systems and activity required for successful team
• Ultimately manage 3-7 individuals
• Involved in overseeing training
• Implement and manage systems among their team
• Participating in weekly management-development meetings
• Handle and processing of paperwork and other administrative duties
• Work with existing accounts as well as create new business accounts
• Ensuring each client has received great customer service regarding their benefits package.
