Responsibilities

•  Management functions including hiring, training and leading a team of employees and drivers that provide excellent customer service

•  This individual will also be responsible for developing and managing an annual budget, while driving for constant growth and profitability

•  Oversee day-to-day operation of the office, warehouse, and fleet;

•  Meeting or exceeding all sales, budget and profit goals;

•  Expand the hauling fleet, while continuously maintaining a high level of quality service for our customers;

•  Ensure company standards and safety protocols are followed;

•  Oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting;

•  Create and implement SOP’s and KPI’s to increase efficiency within the branch;

•  Lead, develop, and monitor staff and crew performance;

•  Other duties as assigned
