    Job Title: Commercial/O&I Sales Representative

    Location: Dallas, Texas

    Position Type: Full Time, Direct Hire - This opportunity is 100% onsite.

    OBJECTIVE

    The Commercial/O&I Sales Representative is responsible to identify, prospect, close, and maintain business relationships in the office moving industry. Within two years, the sales representative should close a minimum book of business at $1M.

    EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Cold-call and network to develop own leads and opportunities from the commercial real estate and facility manager world.
    • Participate in regular networking opportunities with organizations like the Dallas Regional Chamber, BOMA, Society of Commercial Realtors, etc.
    • Perform walkthroughs, develop pricing proposals, develop move plans, and own project from beginning to end, including on-site presence during move.
    • Work with other O&I professionals within the organization.
    • Develop good working relationships with the company's labor and contractors.
    • Assist with on-site management of larger moves, sometimes filling the role of Project Manager.
    • Be Socially involved using LinkedIn, Facebook, and other social media as a networking tool.
    • Actively expand knowledge and “always” looking for opportunities promote yourself and the company.
    • Create and maintain a successful and effective sales plan.
    • Able to self-monitor & report on effort & performance.
    • Able to communicate effectively and professionally both internally and externally.
    • Good listening & problem-solving skills.
    • Solid attention to detail
    • High degree of integrity and ethics
    • Self-motivated and disciplined to set own schedule and work diligently and independently.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in business management and/or marketing preferred.
    • 2-5 years of Commercial/Office & Industrial sales experience.
    • Vehicle and valid Texas driver’s license.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
