    Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused National Account Move Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the relocation process for our national accounts, ensuring that all moves are executed efficiently and in accordance with our company's standards. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for national account clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the relocation process.
    • Coordinate and manage all aspects of the moving process, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with clients, movers, and third-party service providers.
    • Develop and maintain detailed move plans and timelines, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.
    • Monitor and track the progress of each move, addressing any issues or delays promptly and effectively.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all services are delivered in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
    • Prepare and provide regular updates and reports to clients and management, including status updates, performance metrics, and any issues or resolutions.
    • Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and documentation related to each move.
    • Submitting estimates to corporate clients
    • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the moving process.
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
    • Handle any special requests or accommodations as needed to meet client needs and ensure a positive moving experience.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in move coordination, account management, or a related role in the moving or logistics industry.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with move management software.
    • Proficiency in MoversSuite software is a plus
    • Previous RMC experience is a plus
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure.
    • Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
