JOB SUMMARY:
Business development, selling, and promoting the company brand and household good service delivery and services to National Accounts, GSA, International, and Relocation Management Company (RMC) opportunities interacting with corporations using sales office, virtual communications, websites, social media, e-mail, phone, and visiting the client and/or customer’s private residence or corporation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:
1\. Answers national account and corporate inquiry for relocations services using phone, email, and web site information.
2\. Provides onsite survey of residence/office throughout our service areas.
3\. Provides a thorough discussion of relocation program using relocation manual and relocation guides.
4\. Provides estimated costs for services and credit terms and prepares sales contracts, RFPs, and RFIs for opportunities obtained.
5\. Provides information to operations and customer service departments to assist in the planning, forecast, and coordination of the relocation opportunities.
6\. If applicable, submits requests to relocation coordinators for data entry, and customer follow up, as need arises.
7\. Prepares reports of business transactions, daily activities, and expense accounts.
8\. Prepares and maintains Sales/Business Development Pipeline.
9\. Surveys and submits paperwork on origin agent’s survey’s if applicable.
10\. Promotes all available services and programs for the company brand.
11\. Attends trade shows, training seminars, online meetings, and social media opportunities that may lead to maintaining and/or developing further corporate opportunities.
12\. Prepare and/or attend client reviews if applicable.
13\. Account Management duties in efforts of developing and maintaining corporate opportunities.
14\. Other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager and Company Leadership.
