    Job Description

    Install, service, disconnect, change, or reconnect telephony and modem equipment, and serving customer residences. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with all applicable company procedures and in compliance with all municipal, state and federal laws and guidelines. Provide customer assistance, education and information on services, customer equipment and products. Support customer owned integrations/connectivity – e.g., troubleshooting, Alexa devices, TV WiFi connectivity, laptop connectivity, etc. Promote marketing and sales efforts during each customer and potential customer contact. Take appropriate action to expedite workflow to consistently meet customer appointments and company commitments. Interface with customer and technical service departments to collaborate on subscriber issues, develop troubleshooting and corrective action plans, work scheduling, and ticket clearing Manage the cleanliness and appearance of a company vehicle From time-to-time report back to operations on the status of community development activities – e.g., home build inventory, construction starts, closings, etc. Participate in community and company social media outlets – monitor company commentary, respond to complaints and accolades, monitor community happenings. Practice and uphold all company safety standards, inclusive of COVID-19 safety measures when servicing a subscriber home. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL: Interface with builders and subscribers in residential communities. Interface with builder marketing liaisons to coordinate joint marketing activities – e.g., community awareness parties/get-togethers. Listen carefully to each customer with patience and courtesy. Use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to come up with solutions. Use your great communication skills to resolve customer's concerns. Excite customers about how new solutions can positively impact their lives. Position value-added solutions to customers and close sales. Build customer relationships – earn their loyalty and trust by being polite and helpful. Maintain a clean appearance, inclusive of company uniform appearance. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR... You are positive and professional with a focus on solving problems and doing whatever it takes to make a difference to every customer every time. You can establish rapport with all kinds of people, listen attentively, and hone-in on the most important issues. You explain things easily, in ways that people can understand. You are tech-savvy and know how to use that knowledge to find solutions. YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE... Associate's degree or one or more years of work experience. Willingness to work weekends. Clean Background Check – Criminal & Motor Vehicle Record One or more years of customer service and/or sales experience. Experience handling customer escalations, billing, and/or product use questions. Experience solving customer's problems in a work-from-home environment. Experience promoting and/or selling products and services. Demonstrated self-discipline, time management skills, resourcefulness and the ability to work collaboratively with leaders and team, all in a remote work environment. Proficiency with technology and how to apply it to solving problems.
