Job Description

Exciting contract role for a Perl Developer to develop and enhance a Reports focused Web Portal Onsite in Snoqualmie, WA as conditions allow

The successful candidate will be tasked with the following:

• Publishing KPIs in an internal reporting system as given by Engineering customers
• Defining new KPIs within the portal and assisting internal stakeholders with use of the site
• Define and edit alerts as needed
• Communicate with internal team and customers on changes, enhancements and updates
• Other tasks as required

The ideal candidate will be able to prove the following:

• Ability to communicate with customers.
• Working understanding of the definition of a KPI.
• Experience with PERL
• Working experience with Monitoring systems and Thresholding of values.
• Experience with creating SQL queries. (Oracle and Cloudera Impala)
• GOOD UNDERSTANDING AND EXPERIENCE WITH UNIX TOOLS AND SHELL SCRIPTING. (REDHAT)
• Good troubleshooting skills with databases
• Ability to work onsite in Snoqualmie, WA as conditions allow
