ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Glow Sauna Studios is the first and only spa offering 3-in-1 infrared technology (Near, Mid, Far) in the Dallas area. Glow uses top of line solo carbon infrared technology. This patented three waved infrared sequence unleashes a handful of benefits in just one 30 - 60 minute session! Benefits included, but are not limited to, relaxation, detoxification, weight loss, pain relief, skin health, blood pressure regulation, improved circulation and so much more!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Glow is looking for a Sales Associate in our professional and exciting flagship location in Mockingbird Station. Our ideal candidate has previous sales experience, is a quick learner, and brand ambassador with a passion for health and helping others feel and look their very best! All while benefiting from rewarding hourly wages, sales-based commissions, personal use of our technology and free access to all of our partnerships – Core Power Yoga, Soul Cycle, Body Bar, District Climb, SWEAT Dallas, etc.

We are seeking someone to provide superior customer service with an enthusiastic personality to drive traffic to the location. The candidate will continually seek to increase the membership base while focusing on retention of current members.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be able to work flexible hours (some weekends)
• 1 Year of sales experience
• Experience and or interest in health/wellness/fitness
• Dynamic, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Must live in or around Dallas area

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure cleanliness of store and saunas, and up keep with towel sterilization
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance and wear officially branded tops
• Ensure safety and consistent quality of service
• Complete all daily open/closing procedures and checklists for each shift
• Maintain stock food and beverage levels
• Learn everything about our Infrared Sauna offering
• Sell memberships and prospect for new members

MARKETING & PROSPECTING DUTIES:

• Assist with social media and blog engagement, promotions and on-going ad campaigns by leverage contacts

• Provide insight on results and ideas to increase traffic and promote engagement

• Review and update prospecting and client tracking logs daily

• Ensure proper follow-up on every lead to increase opportunity and personal commissions

• Be available to execute at least one outside promotion each quarter

• Strive for 5 star online reviews for Yelp, Facebook, Google and other listing sites!

  • 5 stars happen when the studio maintains a culture of supreme customer service and hospitality!
• • Turn negative reviews into 5 stars by contacting the customer and going above and beyond to solve their grievances, or reaching out to management!
    • The customer studio experience will always be the most important ingredient to success
