    Glymph Consulting is searching for an Associate Consultant to join our growing consulting practice. The Associate Consultant will work with clients to provide suggestions and solutions to their people and finance operations challenges, including recruiting support, policy development, project management, template creation, bookkeeping, budgets, compliance, and other customized assistance.

    The Associate Consultant will also focus on training design, implementation and creating innovative tools that meet the knowledge gaps of our clients. Training will initially focus on diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, but as the firm grows, so will the training options that we develop and offer to the organizations we work with.  This position will also develop feedback tools and metrics that ensure training is both useful and practical. 

    This position will also work with core clients to develop, initiate, and proactively adapt and change their diversity initiatives, incorporating training as a core part of the process.

    Candidates for this position should have a strong background in people operations, including innovative and progressive approaches to DEI initiatives.  They should also have extensive experience developing and delivering interactive training to adult learners.  Experience building training initiatives within a learning management system is essential.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Providing analytical support to staff and clients of the firm in order to provide customized solutions to the firm's clients

    • Manage client recruiting efforts, including job postings, initial candidate screening, and assistance with developing appropriate interviewing structure

    • Researching and educating the team on developing trends in the DEI space

    • Developing learning objectives and content, including slide decks and other collateral, for DEI-centric workshops, retreats, and coaching sessions

    • Working with clients to develop or adapt their internal DEI policies and programs

    • Understanding how culture, learning, and talent management actions come together to shape productivity and performance by using real, hard data about behavior and associate outcomes and help clients develop and reach these objectives

    • Adapting and delivering training content to clients as needed

    • Evaluate effectiveness of content based on feedback and recommend changes

    • Work with the team to identify training needs for specific clients and the overall field

    • Research and recommend learning tools and best practices for training development  delivery.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 3-5 years in the people operations field
    • 3-5 years in training development space
    • Knowledge of, and expertise in utilizing, adult learning styles
    • Experience evaluating and utilizing learning management systems (LMS)
    • Expertise in innovative and emerging DEI trends
    • Self-starter and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Analytical approach to problems and solutions
    • Exceptional communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation
    • Tech savvy

    Position Details:

    This position is full-time and fully remote.  The position reports to the owner/managing director.

    What We Offer:

    Salary:  $65,000

    Generous paid time off.  We want to make sure you have time to live your life outside of work.  We offer 20 paid vacation days per year, plus paid federal holidays.  We also offer unlimited paid sick time with supervisor approval.
