Successful interns will enjoy making decisions based on data, be extremely detail oriented, and able to think critically to solve problems.

We have a trusting and flexible work culture, but it comes with responsibility, so you'll need to be the type of worker who is disciplined enough to get things done without someone watching over your shoulder. We are looking for someone to bring great ideas to the table and be unafraid to ask questions.

    • Fill a wide variety of roles, with a different workflow every day
    • Work with our team to plan and implement online marketing campaigns
    • Do research to uncover opportunities
    • Perform website analysis

    • Excellent writing skills with attention to grammar and punctuation
    • Demonstrable technical and analytical skills

    BONUS POINTS

    • Certified in Google Ads or Google Analytics
    • Experienced with Facebook or LinkedIn advertising
    • Familiarity with PPC tools like SEMRush, Keyword Planner or Ahrefs
    • Experience creating digital ads

    HOURS, LOCATION, & PAY

This internship begins in May 2020. Applicants must be available for approximately 12 weeks during the summer, and should expect to work approximately 35 hours per week.

While COVID-19 stay-at-home orders are in place, we are working completely remotely. However, if circumstances change, interns should expect to work three days each week in our Fayetteville Street office in downtown Raleigh.

Interns will be paid hourly at a competitive rate commensurate with experience.

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING

In addition to your resume, you must write a custom one-page cover letter. If the website you're using to apply doesn't allow you to attach a separate cover letter, combine it with your resume into a single document. This is extremely important, as you will not be considered without a cover letter. This ensures you can follow directions and have read all the way down to here. ☺

We'll read your cover letter first, so really personalize it and let it showcase your personality and strengths. This should not be a stiff, boilerplate piece of writing. Be real, be yourself, and make us want to learn more about you. Stand out from the crowd!

(Seriously, we eliminate any applicant who doesn't follow these cover letter instructions. Don't skip it.)
