Go luxury auto group LLC will be involved in selling luxury vehicles, distributing from different manufacturers (Mercedes, Benz, Lexus, BMW, Landrover, Jaguar, Maserati, Porsche, Audi, etc,.We are set to services a wide range of clientele in The Dfw market and all over the united. Go Luxury Auto Group is seeking for an Automotive Operation Store Manager to oversee and motivate our talented team of professionals.
The ideal candidate for this position should have a track record of successful management positions with at least of 10 years of Upper Management experience in sales & Finance, and a strong desire to succeed with integrity.
You will oversee daily operations and assist Our Product Specialist and sales managers in setting big but realistic goals. Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
Recruit, hire, and train service managers, office managers, and sales/finance department managers to meet profit levels
Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility for the car boutique
Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and boutique staff to establish sales processes and recommend daily unit sales
Maintains a professional appearance.
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
Goal-oriented, friendly personality, especially when negotiating to price
Prepares and administers monthly and annually operating forecast and budget for the store.
Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system
Helps salespeople close deals.
Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
Oversees customer satisfaction ratings of the boutique.
Implement growth strategies that align with automotive group objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle inventory that meets the needs of the local market
Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for accuracy and completion before sharing them with upper boutique management
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent needed
automobile management & finance is A Must: 10 years Requirement
5 or more years of experience in Gsm or general manager position for a dealership or Independent is a must.
HIRE & TRAIN: 10 years (Required)
Knowledge of the automotive industry and trend is must.
Possess a state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record to operate dealership-owned vehicles
Strong communication skills; a track record of leadership; and the ability to interpret profit and loss statements are necessary for success
