We are seeking a Receptionist office assistant to join our Los Angeles Team!  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to the company's Labor team by calling prospective applicants from job boards
• Scheduling appointments for them to interview with a Recruiter
• Answer any questions the applicants might have
• Screen applicants with Health questions and take temp before entering the building.
•  Frequently sanitize the common areas
• Clean the facility

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with employee's
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate company services
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and data entry skills
• Self-motivated
• A great attitude! Ability to hear "no" and keep going!
• Bilingual
