YOUR IMPACT:
The Junior Coordinator is a critical role in our rapidly growing company! Under the supervision of the company’s Operations Manager, this position is a support role for the Account Coordinators/Account Executives to help manage and execute direct mail programs. This involves direct mail planning, development, and finalization, while utilizing vendors and in-office team. General responsibilities also include involvement in producing the necessary data files, reviewing live proofs, and assisting in the back-end maintenance of direct mail and other marketing campaigns.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Collaborate with our Operations Manager and Account Executives to support strategic initiatives, developments, and implements direct mail marketing programs
-Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with team
-Under the supervisor of the Account Coordinator, create usable data files to merge for upcoming direct mailer or other Marketing campaigns
THE IDEAL APPLICANT:
-Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant
-PC and Microsoft Office skills are required, particularly with Excel and Outlook
-Experience with Salesforce
-Superb communication and written skills, along with outstanding attention to detail
-Familiarity with financial concepts, real estate/mortgage lending/new car sales/solar knowledge a huge plus
-Takes direction well and is committed to learn the direct mail industry
-Ability to perform well under pressure, take ownership of projects, and be accountable for the finished deliverable
-Must be a self-starter who can work individually and keep an excellent attendance record
