Job Description

We are a fast paced commercial engraving shop seeking an Entry Level Engraver/Customer Service Rep to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. We a super tight knit team and are collectively dedicated to providing our customers with top-of the- line engraving services! We are dedicated to ensuring our customers receive artistic, quality engraved pieces specific to their design/desire in the time frame we've promised! That means we are an all hands on deck crew. Everyone pitches in and helps out! You don't need to have previous experience (though it is a plus)...we'll teach you. All you need is to be punctual, reliable, positive, outgoing, helpful, dedicated, and willing to learn!  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to navigate Google Docs, Corel, and Zoho (again we will provide some training) 
• Ability to learn and operate engraving equipment
