Hands on experience with MicroStrategy 11x platforms including Developer, Administrator, Object Manager, Command Manager, integrity Manager, system manager, Platform Analytics, Enterprise Manager and License manager.

Experience in SQL troubleshooting, report failures, project and Intelligence server level governing settings and their impacts.

Extensive experience of Upgrading the MicroStrategy Server on Windows/Linux Operating System from 10.x to 11.x and 11.x to 11.x

MSTR Installation and Configuration on Clustered Environments

Managing Security and SSO/Server Authentication Setup & Administration

Support developers by troubleshooting reporting issues related to MicroStrategy configurations.

Set up monitoring and alerts notifications for key performance indicators for the MicroStrategy infrastructure.

Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds. Zabbix , DataDog to monitor MSTR Services

Monitor MicroStrategy View Performance.

Monitor MicroStrategy Server Disk Space.

Experience in Capacity sizing/Planning of MicroStrategy infrastructure components.

Experience in troubleshooting, report failures, project and Intelligence server level governing settings and their impacts.

Act as MicroStrategy expert to advise customers on best practices in deploying MicroStrategy for best performance and scalability.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
