Job Description

The Certified Nursing Assistant position provides excellent care and services to residents with the purpose of improving their physical and mental well-being.

Interacting with residents and families on a daily basis

Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents have an exceptional stay

Following the Resident Care Standards and Practices to ensure proper procedures are followed

Assisting with their meals, transferring them using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming

Follow all departmental policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards.

Maintain strict resident and employee confidentiality in compliance with HIPPAA guidelines
