Account Specialist 

GoCanvas is revolutionizing how work gets done by modernizing all types of businesses through a powerful cloud-based platform and customizable mobile experiences. We are seeking an agile, business-minded self-starter who can ramp quickly and help us identify and manage opportunities as our next Account Specialist. As our Account Specialist, you will be focused on developing further opportunities with our high-value customers while helping our Account  Managers understand their goals and objectives. Reporting to our Vice President of Account Management, the successful candidate will use excellent communication and collaboration skills to assist with strategic or complex initiatives across multiple teams and/or departments.

Your Most Important Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Account Research
  • Perform account-level research an on assigned book of accounts in coordination with our Market Research team (company profile - industry, # of employees, revenue, product/service offering, geographic location(s), business units)
  • Use a suite of services (i.e. ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, & Lead Cookies) to identify and connect with targeted personas in assigned accounts
  • Set-up Intro calls for Account Managers with key personas in assigned account white space supplemented with any missing use cases from our industry-specific Best of Apps list
  • Work with Marketing on targeted campaign coordination, implementation, and follow-up (industry, persona, and use case specific)
• Business Review Management
  • Schedule and organize semi-annual QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with all assigned accounts
  • Gather key metrics, relevant use case info, support ticket history, and customer health scorecards in preparation for each account QBR
• Billing Resolution
  • Work with BIlling team to resolve billing issues and ensure payment by assigned accounts (i.e. custom invoices, account statements, payment vendor set-up, and troubleshoot billing irregularities)
  • Coordinate with Billing to secure payment from assigned accounts and manage Dunning process to ensure continuity of service while customer payment is in process
• Professional Services Coordination
  • Coordinate with Professional Services Project Manager to ensure projects are on track and where possible help address any obstacles to successful delivery and/or payment
  • Work with PS Project Manager to further develop project dashboard in SFDC to provide visibility into project status

• Relevant experience in lead generation, relationship management & customer service 
• Outstanding spoken and written communication skills
• Rockstar organization skills & deadline-driven. You love checklists & systems, excel at following up, and have a strong desire to drive tasks forward before they are due
• An agile learner who is ready to gain new skills in business practice, client management, account-level research, presentation, and project management skills.
