    Job Description

    GoSharps is growing again! We are a startup in the healthcare compliance services industry providing consulting, compliance training, and proper transport of regulated medical & pharmaceutical wastes. We are owned & operated right here in Texas and are continuing to add to our team this year.

    Growth is what we do best. We have an excellent sales team and are now searching for a talented manager to take that growth to the next level. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing the sales team to execute our sales process and hit growth goals.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead a sales team of 4-6 Medical Sales Representatives within your region
    • Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
    • Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
    • Establish and maintain a travel schedule that will allow consistent contact with the sales team, prospects, and customers
    • Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
    • Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
    • Report on team and individual performance
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
    • Recruit and interview Medical Sales Representatives for your team
    • Contually lead sales training sessions in both group & individual settings

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Candidates must excel in the areas of personal accountability, communication, and leadership
    • Previous success in an autonomous outside sales or medical sales role
    • Experience as a supervisor, manager, or other leadership position
    • Undergraduate or advanced degree in a related field
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms

    COMPENSATION:

    • $75,000-$85,000 Base Salary DOE
    • Quarterly & Annual Performance Bonuses
    • Car & Cell Package
    • Benefits After 90 Days

    Base salary depends on experience, but position will earn $100,000+ in the first year based on minimum performance bonuses.
