SUMMARY:
GoSharps is a startup in the healthcare compliance services industry providing consulting, compliance training, and proper transport of regulated medical & pharmaceutical waste streams. We are owned & operated here in Texas and we are growing quickly!
Ideal candidates for our Medical Sales position will be active, energetic, organized professionals who present well and excel at breaking the ice with new people in-person every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily in-person prospecting of medical offices in the greater Houston market
- Setting appointments with practice managers, clinical directors, physicians, and other decision-makers
- In-person consultations & presentations of our services
- Achieving monthly sales goals for new contracts and revenue contracted
- Developing relationships & following-up with prospects
- This position is focused on new business rather than upselling or maintaining current accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills and present well in a formal business environment
- Must be able to get around gatekeepers & build rapport with everybody you meet
- This is a highly active, results-oriented position. Candidates should thrive on meeting and exceeding goals
- We value previous outside sales experience, but do not require it. We will train the right candidates
COMPENSATION:
- $45,000 Base Salary
- Monthly Performance Bonuses
- Commission on Every Sale
- Car & Cell Package
- Benefits After 90 Days
Sales reps that meet quota will make $65k-$75k in their first year, but there is no cap on commissions.
