    Job Description

    Godfather's Pizza has an exciting career opportunity in our Operations and Sales Department. We are looking for a professional individual to fill the role of Catering & Call Center Acting Lead. This will be a field-based position that will oversee the catering aspect of Godfather’s Pizza to include establishing new business, order production, and delivery of catering orders. This position will also act as Call Center Acting Lead by providing operational support as needed with a minimum of supervising the call center one weekend a month. Must be able to travel within the Omaha metro area and work a variety of shifts to include some nights, weekends, and holidays to accommodate business needs. 

    The right candidate will have a minimum of 2 years related experience, excellent customer contact skills, be detailed oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines. 

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Enter orders in POS system to ensure efficiency 
    • Mastery of Godfather’s Pizza catering offers 
    • Conduct Cold-Calls to establish new catering business
    • Schedule food drop samples in assigned territory
    • Follow up with restaurants to ensure order was received 
    • Follow up as needed to ensure order execution and timely delivery
    • Provide potential customers with collateral material requested 
    • Create monthly vending calendar for restaurants
    • Process all incoming catering inquiries and orders 
    • Supervise the Call Center a minimum of one weekend a month
    • Other duties as needed in the Call Center.

     

     

     

     QUALIFICATIONS 

    · High school diploma, Associate Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred, but not required.  

    · Experience with Microsoft Office products 

    · Familiarity with CRM software a plus. 

    · Strong attention to detail, organizational and follow up skills. 

    · Exceptional interpersonal skills including both verbal and written communication skills. 

    · Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete timely various assignments with conflicting and similar deadlines. 

    · Must show good judgement, professionalism and the initiative to provide quality customer service to internal and external clients.
