    We are seeking two (2) highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in an estate planning and estate administration law firm. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our legal team and assist with various tasks related to case management and client communication. This role is required to be in person at our office in Rocklin, CA. Responsibilities: Your role and responsibilities as a Legal Assistant combine to provide support to our paralegals and attorneys, which enhances the effectiveness of our office. The list below is a summary and does not reflect a full job description and all the responsibilities associated with this position. • E-file documents with the court • Schedule hearing dates, client meetings, and phone calls • Serve as point of contact for clients • Read, sort, date, calendar and appropriately route incoming correspondence as well as outgoing mail and coordinate items to be delivered • Proofreading and formatting documents • Greet clients for in-office meetings with attorneys • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of legal terminology • Notary Public • Experience in estate planning and estate administration firm • Knowledge/familiar with Clio • 3 years experience as a legal secretary or paralegal in a law firm • Comfortable with technology including word, case management, document management, legal research platforms, e-filing, etc. Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly
