Requirements:
\- Bachelor’s degree from the Commission of Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) accredited school of Physical Therapy.
\- Must possess a valid, current, full and unrestricted license in any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico during tenure of employment.
\- Must have and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.
\- Applicant must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff.
\- All related information required for credentialing must be provided.

Additional Information:
\- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared prior to start.
\- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks prior to start date.
