Relocation and Sign-On Bonus:

\- Relocation and sign-on bonus are paid out on one check within 30 days of start.

\- The bonuses will be combined, and the amount is based on relocating and experience.

Bonus Repayment Policy:

\- If they do not complete the commitment, they will have to pay a prorated amount back based on the hours not completed. For example, if they complete 2 of the 3 years, they would need to pay back 33% of the complete bonus amount.
