A well-established, private country club in the St. Louis metro area is hiring Grounds / Landscape Technicians to help maintain one of St. Louis’s most respected golf courses. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working people with landscaping or outdoor maintenance experience who want steady work, strong pay, and a long-term career path.

Pay & Perks

• $18–$20/hour (with higher pay available for experienced candidates)

What You’ll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain turf
• Rake bunkers and assist with landscaping
• Operate equipment and tools safely
• Keep the course clean, safe, and playable

What We’re Looking For

• Landscaping or grounds experience required (golf course a plus)
• Reliable, punctual, and able to hold a job
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work throughout the seasons
• Willing to learn (training provided)
• Team-oriented with pride in quality work

Schedule & Expectations

• Early mornings in peak season (as early as 4:30 AM)
