GOLD MILLENNIAL is currently looking to fill our Customer Service Associate position with someone that portrays a great positive attitude and works well with others, Someone who is growth oriented and is seeking new career opportunities. GOLD MILLENNIAL believes in training each employee to be their best selves and to be successful within the company long-term. This is an Entry Level position, with a lot of growth opportunities and mentorship!

CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Building relationships with customers
• Working with people on a daily basis within the retailer
• Assist in implementing marketing campaigns
• Acquiring new customers
• Staying educated on new services and/or products
• Attending office meetings (Following COVID-19 guidelines)
• Remaining professional to provide outstanding customer service acquisitions

• Capable of MULTI-TASKING prioritizing and managing time efficiently
• Leadership skills or potential to lead others

• High school diploma- Required
• College experience- Preferred but NOT Required
