We’re looking for a Showing Agent to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. GOALS: Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times, 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers, an average of 5 homes shown before writing an offer. Responsibilities: • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Attend & provide friendly, professional customer service on showings with buyers and appointments. Qualifications: • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Present yourself in a professional manner • Active Georgia Real Estate License Compensation: $34 per showing appointment
