    Job Summary

    The ideal Sales Candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized, and have an upbeat attitude. They should also be detail-oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Additionally, the ability to use customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. The Sales Associate must be tech savvy with a comfort level using online tools such as social media for engaging customers.

    Finally, the candidate should have an understanding of sales best practices and will need to understand the company's product offering in order to effectively answer customer questions. Having previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong communication and organizational skills.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and maintain a customer base through prospecting • Build relationships with customers in person, via email or phone • Utilize CRM software to manage customer accounts • Educate customers on product features and benefits • Process orders accurately and effectively • Provide excellent customer service at all times. • Manage all customer inquiries.

    Qualifications

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively

    Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service

    Willingness to work well in a team environment
