Why is the Manufacturing Technician role important to us?

We are looking for a dedicated post-production Manufacturing Technician to support our production team. By joining us, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our post-production workflow, ensuring we continue to meet our commitment to timely, high-quality manufacturing solutions.

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for executing a range of tasks related to preparing and finishing plastic parts, as well as handling various materials to support our manufacturing processes. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team with the potential for skill development and advancement in a cutting-edge manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will:

? Prepare adhesive tape segments according to specified measurements and affix them to components in accordance with production guidelines.

? Perform sanding of plastic parts in preparation for painting.

? Operate a specialized tool to weld inserts into plastic components, similar to a soldering iron.

? Handle and possibly work on metal pieces, with details to be determined.

? Maintain focus and attention to detail in repetitive tasks to ensure quality.

? Be adaptable to fluctuating workloads and able to scale up or down your hours based on production needs.

? Receive training in different company departments, such as Distribution Center (DC) operations, to enhance your skills and support various areas.

? Work flexibly across any and all days of the week as required by production schedules.

Minimum Skills/Mandatory Skills/Experience Needed for Hire:

? No formal education requirements; all backgrounds are welcome to apply.

? Experience with hand tools, small power tools, or similar equipment (preferred but not required).

? An ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

? Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

? Open to part-time or full-time work arrangements.

? Legally eligible to work in the specified location with no felony convictions.
