    We are looking for an experienced construction manager who can lead our labor crew and subcontractors. You’ll help our construction company plan and manage projects from start to finish. Additional responsibilities include daily scheduling, maintaining the safety and compliance of a construction site, and supervising all activities. Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years of construction field experience with leadership skills in managing field workers. Responsibilities: • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles • Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are met • Manage subcontractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance • Prevent injuries, slowdowns, and project risks by demanding complete adherence to health and safety standards on construction sites, and reporting safety regulation issues promptly • Assess subcontractor progress against timelines and performance targets to ensure that work is completed on schedule and to the highest possible quality • Ability to work and communicate effectively with government officials such as city inspectors • Utilize our software, BuilderTrend, for daily logs and schedules • Communicate the status of the building project using the Daily Logs • Strong communication, organizational, leadership, and time-management skills Qualifications: • OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job-site • A high school diploma is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment • In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and the entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles Compensation: $40 - $45 hourly
