    Job Description

    As the Inside Sales Intern you will be involved in business development, cold calling, warm calling, tracking results and managing interest.

     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    GENERALLY

    • Make cold calls to uncover opportunities in new markets.
    • Create marketing material.
    • Follow up marketing via email.
    • Schedule meetings.
    • Update supplier portal.
    • Market research.
    • Shadow sales meetings.
    • Actively engage colleagues and resources regularly to provide a complete customer solution to capitalize on opportunities.
    • Work effectively in a team-based environment to accomplish organizational goals and to identify and resolve problems.

    REQUIREMENTS:

     High School diploma with some college preferably.

    • Ability to work effectively with business leaders.
    • Customer service focus, with advanced listening and influencing skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • Exhibit excellent judgment, initiative, responsibility.

    ·         Interpersonal skills necessary to maintain effective relationships by email and telephone to provide information with ordinary courtesy and tact.

    ·         Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints with little supervision.
