    As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will help Golden Corral restaurant operators and franchisees exceed their guest experience and business goals by helping them obtain the equipment and tools they need to run successful restaurants.

    Responsibilities:

    Serve as a point of contact for restaurant operators and franchisees and set the tone for an exceptional customer care experience.

    Process equipment orders for restaurants, sourcing available equipment.

    Communicate with vendors and customers regarding equipment delivery dates.

    Coordinate with the warehouse manager using administrative duties related to tracking stock.

    Remain current on product offerings, pricing, and the time needed to source and fill orders.

    Required Skills/Abilities:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to positively and proactively handle restaurant operator and franchisee orders and concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

    Restaurant operations and equipment knowledge preferred

    Education and Experience:

    High School Diploma or equivalent. Business or technical training preferred

    Customer service work experience preferred
