Currently, we seek an individual as a Marketing Manager, Digital and Social Media at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and management of all social media initiatives, e-mail marketing, loyalty/reward programs, online local listings, and reputation management initiatives.
Develop and implement the national plan for digital campaigns, social media, online reputation management, website management, guest loyalty, and guest email communications, including but not limited to:
SOCIAL MEDIA: Proactively manage agency partners to execute national organic and paid social media strategies for maximum benefit. Supervise the cleanup of all rogue and unmanaged Local Facebook pages. Lead the ongoing management of the local Facebook program and encourage local posting activity for maximum system benefit. (35%)
EMAIL MARKETING: Manage the national email marketing calendar in partnership with national marketing and advertising teams. Manage email marketing partner relationship and proactively manage the deployment of all guest email communication and Good as Gold Club list management. (20%)
GUEST LOYALTY: Evaluate, develop and launch new guest loyalty program. Identify qualified partner and initiate testing with the goal of a National program roll out. Evaluate the use of a Golden Corral app to administer and regularly communicate with guests enrolled in the program. Proactively manage communication strategy to target guest segments by demographics, lifestyle, visit frequency and restaurant visitation and purchase habits. (15%)
ONLINE REPUTATION MANAGEMENT: Oversee a reputation management program to actively monitor and manage online sentiment across influential sites that improves brand standing. Create and maintain live, real time buzz hub screen to drive awareness of key brand social and reputation metrics. (15%)
WEBSITE/LOCATION MANAGEMENT: Manage and monitor search engine optimization plan as well as to work with agency partners to enhance GoldenCorral.com performance. This includes generating new tactics and content specifically for online communication, reporting of monthly online metrics, targeting key demographic groups and optimizing the online location listing program. (15%)
Education/Experience: BA in Marketing or equivalent work experience; proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint. Five or more years of experience in social media management and/or digital marketing for a multi-unit brand; marketing project management experience including creative, development, budgeting, and agency management. Experience managing guest email, loyalty or social media programs preferred.
